If you’re looking for a fun activity night with friends, a workshop for your synagogue or a panel discussion at your Federation, you’ve come to the right place! I’m so passionate about sharing my love and knowledge of food, family and tradition, and I’m lucky enough to have traveled the world doing it! From Antwerp to Australia and Brooklyn to Beijing, I’ve hosted hundreds of cooking classes, workshops and demonstrations to audiences worldwide.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Celebrating a special birthday? I’ll customize a menu for the birthday boy or girl, we’ll cook it together and then sit down for a festive meal including a cocktail, appetizer, main dish and dessert!
COOKING COMPETITIONS
Cooking competitions are a great way to foster team-building skills amongst coworkers, and it’s a great way to celebrate a special occasion with extended family. I divide the group into teams, and set up cooking stations for each one with identical cooking tools and burners. Each team gets the same basket of mystery ingredients and I set up a pantry table to help them build their dish. Then it’s cookoff time! 30 minutes to build a creative dish and bring it up to the panel of judges. Each team presents their dish and a winner is chosen!
COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS
Is there anything better than dinner and a show? Cooking demonstrations are a fun and educational evening out for friends, and make a great fundraiser for synagogues and community organizations. I offer both mini and full demo options – customized to your theme or holiday event! Cooking demontrations are followed by a book signing and optional meet & greet!
CHALLAH BAKES
Looking for a meaningful evening for your congregation? Join together for a night of inspiration by preparing challah dough, making a blessing over the dough, and learning some braiding techniques. Includes a dip-demo while the challah rises!
HANDS-ON COOKING WORSKHOPS
If you’re looking for a hands-on workshop, I offer customized workshops from challah baking, to charcuterie boards and pasta-making!
TALKS & PANEL DISCUSSIONS
I love sharing the story of my upbringing and how I transitioned from the young bride who had never stepped foot in the kitchen, to a professional cook and cookbook author! Talks are followed by a Q&A with the audience and book signing.
BOOK SIGNINGS
I love the opportunity to meet fans and followers at local shops and bookstores!
PASSOVER PROGRAMMING
I offer extensive Passover programming that includes a package of cooking competitions, demos, workshops and talks.
