Lemon Salmon
4 salmon fillets
zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Method:
Prepare the flaked salmon: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place salmon into a baking dish; season with salt and pepper. Rub with lemon zest; drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
