Breaded Honey Chicken
chicken legs and/or thighs, bone-in, skin-on
flavored bread crumbs (or flavor your own)
olive oil spray
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a non-disposable baking sheet with olive oil spray.
Pour some breadcrumbs into a Ziploc bag. Rinse chicken with water and place one piece at at time into the bag, shaking to coat in bread crumbs. Place chicken on the baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Spray the chicken generously with olive oil spray and bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Drizzle honey generously over the chicken and bake, uncovered, for an additional 20 minutes.

What are the breadcrumbs that you used called? Can you post a picture? Thanks
The brand is Jason. They sell it in all supermarkets.
Hi!is it ok to use disposable pan?
The chicken won’t get as crispy but it can be done.
Can this be frozen?
I haven’t tried. I suspect the chicken will not be as crispy if you freeze it. The bread crumbs would probably get soggy.
I’ve frozen them and they come out good!
My kids adore this dish. Thank you so much x
So happy to hear!
This chicken has become a staple. Have done it numerous times by kids’ requests.
Looks delicious will try it
Can I make this with boneless skinless chicken breast?
I’m afraid it will dry out.
