Cheesy Kale & Eggs
1 tbsp olive oil
a few handfuls of kale
salt and pepper, to taste
2 slices, or a handful of your favorite cheese
2 eggs
sriracha, to taste
Method:
Heat olive oil in a skillet and add the kale. Saute for a few minutes, until wilted, adding a splash of water if it takes long to wilt down. Season with salt and pepper. Add cheese and eggs and cook until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted. Add sriracha, to taste.
