Easy No-Bake Cheesecake
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 cup heavy cream
8oz. whipped cream cheese
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can cherry pie filling (or any flavor)
Method:
Whip the heavy cream until stiff and set aside. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Fold the whip cream into the cream cheese mixture. Spread the cream cheese mixture into the graham cracker crust and top with pie filling. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
VARIATION: top with caramel or my easy peanut butter fudge.
