Spicy Potato Salad
medium red potatoes, cooked until tender
hard boiled eggs, roughly chopped
pickled jalapenos, roughly chopped
mayonnaise
spicy brown mustard (about a heaping tbsp)
splash of juice from the pickled jalapeno jar
Method:
Cut the potatoes in quarters and place in a large bowl. Add chopped eggs and pickled jalapenos and season, to taste, with mayo, mustard and juice from the jar.
