Busy in Brooklyn

2 cups chocolate chips
2 tbsp refined coconut oil
1/4 cup tahini paste
Pinch of salt
4 crushed rice cakes
Handful of Freeze dried strawberries, crushed
Flaky salt for finishing, optional

Method:

In a double boiler melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Mix in the tahini paste, salt, and crushed rice cakes. Spread your mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top your chocolate with freeze dried strawberries and flaky salt, or you may top it with whatever you’d like. Make it your own! Freeze it, break it up into pieces, and enjoy!
