Nut free, banana-free, oil-free!
Passover Cheese Pancakes
16oz. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups potato starch
6 eggs
1/3 cup simple syrup (or a few spoons sugar and a splash of milk)
Method:
Mix batter and pour about 1/4 cup batter in heated nonstick pan. Cook until set and starting to brown. Flip and cook for a minute or so. Enjoy with homemade jam and syrup!
